In case there is a manufacturer defect (refer to our warranty information):
Products may be returned and the full amount of the purchase will be refunded including shipping costs. We will proceed with the refund after inspecting the item and concluding the product is actually defective. You may also choose to have us send you another product and we will pay for shipping costs.
In case the product is not defective:
Products that are returned and after inspection are concluded not to be defective: you can choose to have us send it back to you and the shipping cost shall be yours.
Products in new condition and original packaging:
If you no longer want a product which is unused and in is in it’s original packaging, we will accept the return and will reimburse you of the amount paid minus the shipping cost.
If you claim the product doesn’t work and we offer a solution or explanation and you still decide to return it, we will reimburse you the amount paid minus the shipping cost.
How to return:
Option 1. We will issue a label for the return.
Option 2. You may ship it back to us and we will refund you the same amount it cost us to ship it to you (max shipping refund).
- Defective products. The allowed time to return a product is within the warranty period (refer to our warranty information on our website).
- Unused and unopened products: 14 days from day product was delivered.
